The culture of FLC Church is guided by our distinctive values. These values serve as a guide for our actions and behavior as we serve the people of FLC Church. We have committed these values to memory, and build them in our hearts! At FLC Church we don’t do culture, we are the culture through our commitment to these value statements.
As you enter into FLC Church some friendly people will greet you warmly. Our ushers will give you a welcome packet. Our services begin on time and usually last about 90 minutes. We open with a worship song and prayer, which sets the atmosphere for praise and worship, followed by a Word from the Lord, that will help you matriculate through life by applying the word in your everyday life.
We believe that all people matters to God, therefore we encourage all people to receive the love of Christ, because we are a Church depending on the Holy Ghost, a Church where all people are unified as one, praying and full with the Holy Ghost.
We are most committed to the preaching of Jesus. Our message is everything. We are Jesus people, not religious people. Methods will come and go; yet our message will remain the same.
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. 3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. 4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. 5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; 6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. 7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. 8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

Our heart is for ALL people. All people are loved by Jesus. We make no apologies for being specifically focused on reaching the lost. We desire to bring the broken home at all costs. We believe that our light is best seen in the night.
Generosity is about giving more than what is required. We see generosity as a privilege. We’re generous with our time, talents and treasure. We go first in our giving. God has given richly towards us; it’s our honor to give back to Him.
We’re going to always do the best with what we have. We’re on time, engaged and prepared. We don’t do things half way. If we’re going to do it, it’s to the best of our ability.
If you’re too big to serve then you are too small to lead. Every leader is a servant first. From the parking lot to the pulpit, everyone serves. “If you ain’t helping, you ain’t helping!”
